Shipping and Handling will be added to the final invoice. WE DO NOT ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL CREDIT CARDS.
Prescribed Glass ships prepaid and invoices you for the charges. FedEx is used whenever possible. However "Common Carrier" can be selected in special cases.
Returning Merchandise
Returns are accepted with our authorization only. In order to process a return, a phone call has to be made to our office or send us an email within 3 days of receipt of goods. Refused, unclaimed, undeliverable orders or merchandise returned due to customers' error are subject to 15% restocking fee in addition to all freight charges.
Authorized returns will be refunded a full amount of merchandise to you in a check that will be mail out to the Billing Address provided as soon as we get the returns from you. If you prefer to have a store credit, it will be applied to your next order.
